1 week into 2WW

Had bloodwork today.

Doctor told me to take another shot of hormones tonight and come back next Friday for Preggo Bloodwork.

But he did warn me that it will probably come back positive because of me taking the shot tonight

Why do they make me come back then if they know it can be a false positive.

Last time I had very low numbers and had a slimmer of hope and then I was disappoited two days later.

I am one week into my 2ww also, but i never had any shots in 2ww, so im not sure what those are for, sorry.

Not sure why they would make you come in so early if they expect the hormones to still be in your system. But if it is positive, then they will just have you come back the next day to see if it increases, if so then it's a def positive!!!!!
