my Mom lost 61lbs so.....
I have decided to do her diet starting today since I keep losing and gaining the same 6lbs lol
I need to lose about 25-30lbs so her diet works for her hopefully it works for me
she is in a smaller size then me now and I am so proud of her
hopefully I can stick to the diet
wish me luck

she went to a nutritionist who taught her how to eat healthy and how to measure of her food
she just really followed her instructions and looks fabulous
