If a realtor doesn't deliver what they promise
such as Open houses, pictures taken, answering questions (basic customer service). Can you get out of their contract? How can one get out of a realtors contract?

I don't know the answer but I would get a real estate attorney involved. you are going to need them anyway for closing so you may as well contact one now

you don't need an attorney
you need to call the broker and explain why you are unhappy
ask them to correct it or to be released (this is the key word) from the contract
