I failed...
my 1 hour glucose test I was just over the borderline which is 139 and I came in at 140 but now I have to go for the 3 hour.
I also found out I am anemic and have protein in my urine because apparently I'm not drinking enough water. I drink about 70-80 oz a day but it was early in the morning and I hadn't really drank much yet.
My doc also said I'm gaining a bit too fast...up 18 lbs at 27 weeks. I'm only 5' tall and started out at 106 and she said that I need to watch myself because I may be gaining too fast
Needless to say today's visit to the doctor wasn't what I expected.

Dont worry and good luck on your 3 hour test!!! I am only 9 weeks and have gained 6 lbs. my doctor said he is not worried, ( I gained most of it in my chest I went up 2 sizes I am now an F cup ) but again good luck and thank you for the tip on drinking water, I know for a fact I am def NOT drinking enough of it.

I feel your pain! I found out yesterday that I failed the 1 hour test also. I go for the 3 hour test on Friday.

I failed the one hour by 21 points. I took the 3 hour a few days ago and passed with absolutely no problems. I asked why that would happen and the doctor said it could have been my metabolism that day or a fluke.

Don't worry yet- see what happens with the 3-hour. Most women pass it (although I didn't ).
