Where does everyone take spin
My gym is changing hands and getting rid of all their classes, I am sooo upset. I live in Suffolk, but need a class later than 6pm, could do mornings 5 am or so though

NYSC
Most NYSCclubs offer a morning and an evening session daily, some offer even more daily.
I would check their schedule to see if there is one near you and what their spin schedule is like HTH

Wow - sounds like a stupid gym ;)
I know LA fitness has early cycle classes. And I think Unique does too.

Also- I used to workout at and teach Spin at Gold's in East Northport. I moved out east so I had to leave there but they had the best spin program. TONS of classes at all times of day. I know 3 days a week they had a 6:15 am class (it might have even been 5:15) then an 8:15, 9:30, osmtimes 12:30pm, 4:30pm, then a 6:30 every night and an 8 pm two nights a week. I LOVED it there!

Yeah he is UFOA (uniformed fire officer). My job offers discounts to NYSC as well but I don't want to pay $80 a month for a gym
