What is a GREAT WW dinner?

Not an official WW recipe, but chicken cacciatore is good because it's lots of veggies.
Soften red/green/yellow peppers, onions, garlic in a frying pan (use Pam in the frying pan before) Remove from pan.
Cut up chicken breast into small pieces, put into pan and brown it up.
When chicken is done, add a small amount of tomato sauce, the peppers and onions.
If you have the points, you can have a side of some white rice.

eggplant parmesan is to die for
so easy
cut up eggplant, dip in egg whites and then breadcrumbs, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, turning over once
add some sauce, and low fat mozarella and bake for about 5-10 more minutes
yummy
