has anyone tried p90x
i was up late last night and saw this on an infomerical and wondering if anyone has tried it. i do not want to bulk up!

does she follow the program to the tee? the people on the before/after online and in the video are very muscular.
i would really like to look lean.

I did it for 45 days but had to stop because my teaching schedule picked back up- its AWESOME!!! Its seriously kicks your @$$!!!
Look for it on ebay or amazon- you def don't need it new.
I'm starting mine again this weekend!!! WOOHOO!

I live in an apartment- I honestly don't use a large area but you do need some space. There's also some equipment you're going to need to get- hand weights and/or resistence bands, yoga mat and pull up bar.
You can prob forego the pull up bar for a bit if you're gonna use the bands but I really like it.

DH did it for almost the 90 days but he was getting bored with it. I definitely noticed a difference in his body. He has been working out for over a year anyway and this was just an addition to his workouts. It definitely works. I did it for a few weeks, but I have a bad knee so I couldn't do some of the programs so I stopped it. You don't need a lot of space. We have it set up in one of our spare bedrooms. You do need a pull up bar though!
