Where to go out to dinner when you don't want to eat horribly
DH and I are going out to dinner tomorrow night, and I'm not really sure where we should go. I still want to eat something healthy and not fall off the wagon completely.
Any ideas? We are in Nassau (will drive to Western Suffolk)

You can go anywhere and alter the menu. That's the great thing about WW... anything is possible!
Sole has that awesome Shrimp dish with veggie on the side. The one I got on Noellie's bday..lol like you remember. Anyway it's delish and like 7 points.

Re: Where to go out to dinner when you don't want to eat horribly
What I have done so far is in Italian restaurants I have ordered fish--I tell them no oil or butter.
I also have done Sushi--if you like raw fish you get a lot stuff for a small amt of pts
Diners I have gotten a cup of soup and a turkey or bison burger--I dont eat the whole bun
Blt is a good option
I also try to look at the menu of the palce before I go and plan my meal

Cheesecake Factory has a few good items on their menu that are like 500 calories.
The main event in plainview has great seafood dishes
I also usually just ask for a grilled chicken with spinach and/or a salad when i go out.

You can go anywhere & just ask for plain grilled chicken and vegetables. It's never on the menu but I have never had any restaurant that didn’t serve that to me, but steak houses & Italian are the easiest. OR I go for Japanese hibachi & get the chicken. I never eat 'bad' at a restaurant, it's so easy to get something healthy, you just have to ask.

I agree with sushi, as well. It's always a treat, and I won't be tempted to eat fried crap or pasta.

Re: Where to go out to dinner when you don't want to eat horribly
Definitely sushi! Many good choices there.
Also, a diner has good options (egg white omelet, buffalo burger, grilled chicken, etc). But, that's not really for a date night with DH.
Chinese is also good. 1 cup chicken & broccoli for 2 pts - I think that's THE best WW bargain out there! 1/2 cup rice, 2 more points, and an egg roll if you have the points (5).
