The Schooner in Freeport for a party?
Has anyone ever been to a party there? Thinking of doing my DS's Christening. They have the Atrium room available. Any feedback... food etc... would be great!

The Schooner is really dated and an 'early bird special' kind of restaurant. I actually just went there for lunch last week and was reminded of that. The food is fair. I had stuffed shrimp and they were loaded with cream and were really salty.
I'd keep looking. The atrium room is really old too.

I agree......my 70yr old aunt and uncle love it there......not that it is bad, but i just wouldn't pick it for my DS' christening, KWIM
