so confused
so I want to start working out, which is something I have never done before. I would like to walk, but figured I should add in some other excercises as well. I'm just not sure where to begin. I do not plan on joining a gym. I've checked out a few sites but I'm a little overwhelmed with all the diff excercises out there. I have major weight to lose all over.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

I really enjoy Tony Horton's workouts. I currently use his 10 minute work out DVDs. You can modifiy it to meet your needs/abilities.

I recently joined hot yoga and I can't stop talking about how much I love it! I also have started to lose weight and notice lots of positive changes in my body and my mood (I have been going since mid-February 3-4x a week).
I am not a "gym" person and was very nervous to put myself out there and take a class like this. I do not regret it though and it gets so much easier after you've gone a couple of times.
Walking/working out at home does not work that much for me because I won't follow through.
If you (or anyone really!) wants to give it a try and wants a "buddy" to meet them that first day, if they live in the Massapequa area, let me know.
