10 miles in the rain
Since i'm traing for the half marathon and it's next weekend I definitely can't miss tomorrow's long run and it's supposed to rain all day!! anyone else in this predictament?? what are you going to bring/wear?!

you probably ran already. Honestly at one week away, you could have totally started your taper and skipped the long run.
As for what I wear in the rain. Some kind of wicking shirt (so your clothes don't get heavy with the rain) and a hat.
just nothing cotton.
I hope it went OK.
