who can let my two daughters (actually two dogs) out during the day for about 15-20 minutes. Lola and Lucy are 3 lb chihuahuas! I feel bad keeping them caged all day!

I cannot actually afford very much $$$ so maybe someone knows a student who can do this for some spending $$$.
