We are in contract!!!!!
I am stll in shock!!! WE have been looking for over 6 months and were actually going to call of the search because I wanted to be in a new house by August so Jacob could start school in the new district.. and we weren't finding anything... until last week.WE saw a house on Tuesday in contract on Friday..
We are moving from Syosset to Dix Hills!!! We got everything we wanted in a house and we have no improvements to make except to paint!!!!
So anyone interested in our Syosset homew. It will be on the market within a week..
