Do you workout with anyone
at the gym i workout by myself in the morning. if i go to the gym with dh, i'll workout with him. now we're walking each night after dinner. its more fun when u workout with someone

My girlfriends sometimes meet me at classes at our gym during the week, I look forward to it.
I just got back from a two hour walk with my BFF and we got froyo from carvel

In the morning, before work, I run with a partner. We meet at work, run, shower and get ready for work there. We both live a distance from work so this meeting up thing really works for us. We do this 4 mornings a week.

I usually do my long runs with my friend which thank god I have her because training for this half would of been very lonely. I deff. enjoy running with someone but because of our sched. that's all we can get in together.
