Re: needing help with flexibility
I'm not sure what cable you have but lots of cable systems have Yoga on Demand. Yoga is really wonderful for stretching and increasing your range of flexibility. In the beginning you will probably see that you are not flexible and you just stretch to your comfortability level. After doing yoga a few times, you will notice that you can stretch more than when you first began. It's a great process because each time you just challenge yourself to do better...there is no competition with anyone else.

Re: needing help with flexibility
For me, I decided it was important for me to just make the time to attend the class. I get motivation that way. Every time I've bought DVDs I have used them once or twice and they go to waste.
Same when I bought a treadmill. It's now sitting in my basement unassembled.
I am thinking of trying to sell it for a couple hundred dollars if someone wants to come drag it up from my basement.
I don't know if this is the answer you are looking for, but I also have found going to yoga 3-4x a week was good "me time" as well away from DS, DH and just the chaos of work and every day life.
