Filling in a loan application
what does this mean?
"estimated settlement charges"
Is this something that we have to pay at closing b/c I think its going to be too high???

take a deep breath
if you need to do a sellers concession at this point your lawyer can negioate that with the contract
there are ways

Is that something you would reccomend doing? Because I dont' think we will have to it was just the intial shock of seeing such a high number

only if you had too...now that the shock is over- then nope!
you are better off NOT doing the sellers concession- you will end up paying interest on that money
