Re: Is there a good whole wheat pasta?
YES YES YES. I have the absolute greatest pasta for you.
Luigi Vitelli Organic Whole Wheat Pasta. It's a green package and it tastes like silk!
The only place I can find it is at the Christmas Tree Shoppe for $1.69 a package. If you look for it online, I think it's like $4.00 a package. I stock up on it whenever we go to the Christmas Tree Shoppe.

We eat Dream Fields. It is actually not whole wheat buthas the lowest glycemic index of all pastas (my mom is type 2 diabetes).

Re: Is there a good whole wheat pasta?
I was convinced I'd never find one. I bought a case of 8 boxes of Barilla whole grain at BJ's and now I don't notice the difference. I'm going to try a shift to a more whole wheat one this summer when there are lots of fresh tomatoes, herbs and veggies to disguise it.

Re: Is there a good whole wheat pasta?
I buy the Stop n Shop organic brand- Nature's Promise. It's the best whole wheat pasta I've tried. Be careful with Barilla Plus- it's whole grain not whole wheat. I was using it for awhile and didn't realize it.

Re: Is there a good whole wheat pasta?
I like Trader Joes organic whole wheat brand.
Usually I find the whole wheat takes a pinch longer to cook but the spaghetti seem to cook pretty quick and it was really good.

This is the one in the purple box right? I love this!! and it's actually healthier than the whole wheat in the brown box and taste like regular pasta.

Racconto whole wheat pasta. We get it at Fairway. We like this the best.
It takes a little longer to cook than the package says, but it's really yummy!

Same for me! I think it is the best tasting one out there. I have also had the brown rice pasta and that is good too.
