I just bought the book Skinny ***** Haven't read it yet but

doing a search on here I am alittle turned off now about reading it... is it really just about Vegan propaganda? If so that's not what I was expecting. A friend of mine went down two sizes after reading this book. Did you read the entire book and if so did you lose weight and become much healthier in the process? TIA

I bought it, started it...it was all about not eating meat, animal products etc.

i read it and it was all about not eating meat and basically the bad things that happen when/if u do

i still think of it as I eat my juicy burgers

i read it. it's worth reading, it made me more aware. but yeah maybe there is some vegan propaganda but it's definitely not all bad. there were a lot of eye-openers though.

i don't think it made me change what I eat except it made me "try" to buy organic more.

I actually just started this today. It really is all about being organic and vegan and is kind of insulting to people who eat meat / non-organic.

Oh, and as far as I've read you can't have coffee (decaf or otherwise) or any alcohol except for organic, sufite-free wine (organic isn't good enough) either. If you even think about it, you're a sick lazy fat@ss.

I am a vegetarian. It did make me want to go vegan. But, what it did was just make me more aware of all the artifical foods I was eating and what result it has on your body. I liked it and I think it was worth reading.
