When you go to close on your house?
Do they tell you ahead of time the exact amount that everything is going to be? Or are there unexpected additional fees that you might not know about until that day?

Yes,. they will normally tell u the night before or morning of. Not much notice i know :(
However there will be some unexpected fees so make sure u bring ur check book.
U may get hit with oil/gas thats still in tanks or maybe taxes. & u have to write a check for home owners insurance there too.
