lets say you have a lovely 2 bedroom cape with a stand-up attic that is unfinished and are thinking about converting it to an upstairs at some point. Would it be stupid to have a shed dormer and stairs put in and then finish the rest of it later? around how much is it to just do a dormer? I am estimating stairs to be at least 10,000
