Question about freezing
i just made a brocolli quiche..can i freeze it? We have plans for the next two night and it would be great to have on a day i work. What do you think?

I definately think you can freeze it. I would just wrap it up really good so it doesn't get freezer burn. And after you defrost it - I would reheat in the oven as opposed to the microwave so its not so mushy.
