Oh so thats why I am a fat @ss!
So I was doing my peapod order and trying to get healthy things to make for dinner, and almost every week I do a pizza night so in an effort to save money ive been buying the DiGiorno four cheese pizza. Well I finally read the label and it says for .25 of the pizza its 400 calories. DH and I both eat a half!!! I was taking in 800 calories on dinner alone! I dont even want to know how many WW points that is!
Safe to say that pizza was not on my order this week!

Something I am learning about WW is that you need to really investigate and plan what you want but if you do you can have what you want (say pizza) for less points.
For example, I love French dressing...so I had my WW point tracker out in the supermarket and one French dressing had like 4pts per tbsp and another had 1pt
It is all about getting to know which foods you like have less points....

If you're going to do pizza, try ding a thinner crust and getting one with veggies as a topping. It may still be a lot of calories/points but atleast it's a little better.

Yes! Or make your own. Buy a whoile wheat crust and roll it out. Put sauce, veggies and do a cheese that has a strong flavor so you can use less...goat cheese, feta etc.

I just bought Fiber One english muffins so I think I might try making a pizza out of that to satisfy the craving for pizza.
I did WW a few years ago, met my goal of 20 lbs and kept it off for awhile. Its 5 years later and now I gained 8 back so im working on keeping it off and not letting myself get back to my old ways. My downfall was I stopped reading labels.
Good luck to all of you who are on the journey to lose weight! That day when you hit your goal is amazing! Looking forward to having that feeling again soon
