Are any of you ladies.....
afraid to wear short sleeve shirts at work because of the needle marks on your arms? I have not told ANYONE at work yet about my fertility treatments and I would like to keep it that way. From all the bloodwork every 2 days, my left and right arm have all these bruise and puncture marks

Yes. I go in for mointoring very early and then go straight to work. Last month, i came in and looked down and i looked like a heroin addict. I kept my arm bent most of the day. I've since started keeping a light sweater at my desk, they always have the a/c blowing, so it doesn't look that weird. Is that an opton for you.

Hold pressure AFTER they take the needle out. This causes a LOT less bruising.
I told people at work that I was having repeated endocrine testing. It's not a complete lie & it explained why I would ask for someone to cover for me certain AMs.

Hey....my office is pretty chilly, even in the summer so I also do bring a cardigan with me almost everyday. It's just sometimes, we sit outside for lunch on a nice day and my co-workers kept on asking me "aren't you hot??" Boy, i was burning up but of course, I couldn't take off my sweather!

Re: Are any of you ladies.....
My office chilly so I wear a cardigan at all times. Sometimes though I'll wear a shirt with 3/4 sleeves where the sleeves just barely cover the needle marks. Luckily, I don't bruise on my right arm so I usually take the bandaid out right as I get to work. It's red and bumpy but the cardigan hides it all!
