Wish me luck! Didn't get it
we are currently in a bidding war. I stood firm and refused to go over the asking price of the home. I believe the other bidder is just a few thousand over the asking price. It now will come down to the seller just picking who she wants to sell her house to, unless I guess there is an even higher bid on the house , which I don't see happening, because the appraisal will come back much less. I will find out tonight or tomorrow morning. Please wish us luck, we really like the house and neighborhood.
I guess we just keep looking.
they went with the other people because they were the first bidders
