Pilates anyone?
Has anyone ever gone to Forever Fit Pilates in Massapequa? Does pilates really tone your mid section? Please share your experiences. -jenn

I don't go there, but pilates really does tone your mid section. It actually helps strengthen your core so your abs and lower back. If you go regularly say 2 times a week you will see results. It gives you nice long lean muscle.

I use to do Pilate Reformers 2-3x a week. That really reshaped my figure. It def gave me longer leaner muscles....Huge difference in my thighs, calves, and stomach.
Now that I stopped pilates, I noticed I am back to normal and not as thin or toned.
Especially makes a hug difference in my waist.
