What would you do?

DH and I are suppose to be going to Orlando (Treasure Island, Discovery, Universal, etc) next week, this is a trip that has been planned forever. Fri and Sat I had my 3rd b2b IUI. Of course IF has taken over my life and every single decision is based around my procedures and meds, but i WANT to go on this trip. I am tired of never being able to PLAN anything because i don't know where i will be in my CYCLE

Of course this trip would entail roller coasters, rides, swimming with dolphins etc. Should I go? Would you? If i cancel i will lose some $, but it's really not the money i am worried about, its my sanity. I really need to get away and NOT think about my rotting eggs for a few days. I need to spend time with my DH and have FUN. Seems like the only things we talk about lately is semen analysis', ivf, needles, fighting w/ insurances, etc , etc

In my mind I am just wasting time till GHI decides to help pay for IVF, b/c im am convinced that is what i will need. I just feel this IUI is not it, but what IF there is a chance?! Would going hurt the baby at this stage ??

I would go. I really always tried not to let IF rule my whole life...you have to live.
Maybe just be careful with really bumpy rollercoasters. The other stuff (swimming with the dolphins, etc) shouldn't be an issue.

Honestly, the month I got pg, I totally didn't feel like it was my month so I wasn't careful at all. It was around the holidays, so I was drinking like a fish and not sleeping much...yet, everything is ok with my LO's.
So, have some fun and get some stress relief! I am sure you and DH need it!

i would go....the only thing i might not do is crazy bumpy roller coaster...but rides and swimming with dolphins etc..sounds so much fun! i hope you go!

I'd say go!

Take some time to enjoy yourselves and relax. I would go, I feel like I always am holding off on things b.c of the "What IF" each month. So go Enjoy!!

Think about it like this...

If you were on this trip and happened to get pregnant naturally and not know it, you would still be doing all of the things you would normally do and not think twice about it.

I really don't think that you can dislodge an embryo if it has implanted!!!

Go! I have learned in my IF journey that living life amidst the cycles is so important. BTW, I just swam with dolphins and they say that dolphins can basically X-ray us and see if a woman is Preggo!

After 2 years of putting things off, because of "what ifs" , i really have exhausted myself (and i think dh too:(

I am GOING !!! I also promised myself NOT to take any sticks with me, no POAS for me that week, no baby talk or baby thinking whatsever!!! (ok, i mayyyyy be pushing it there, LOL) But if the dolphins start acting funny around me im jumping out of the pool and finding a CVS IN my wet suit!!!!
