healthier eating habbits
During these infertility treatment period, are you ladies eating anything different than before? Are you trying to eat healthier? If so, how?
For me, I started taking wheatgrass juice shots every morning, royal jelly by the spoonful every morning and night. I try to eat more lean meat such as chicken and pork and red meat once a week. I try to eat more leafy green vegetables. I'm cutting out ice cold water (i only drink water). I have stopped drinking tea (i don't drink coffee). Cutting out processed food and junk food was my hardest step.

Re: healthier eating habbits
I have cut out all frozen meals (lean cuisine), since their high in sodium. I limit myself to one cup of caffeine a day, no soda( except sprite), no ice tea, I usally just have a small cup on coffee in the morning and that's it.
I also try to eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean meat!
Also, I stopped using all artificial sweetners & just use real sugar.

I have read it's ok TTC, but not good while pregnant as it stops your body from absorbing folic acid.
I just read this on a website.
website
I don't know, there are to many do's and don'ts. I think it's best to follow what your Dr Recommends.

Tea has caffeine as well and my RE advice me to remove that from my diet. That was pretty hard for me since I drink about 3 cups of tea a day........

Wow, I'm surprised about the tea thing..... and also a bit disappointed! We just bought the Keurig and I don't drink coffee so I was planning on using it for all different types of teas and hot chocolate! Oh well!!
