Re: Back Pain
I am having upper back pain, and it is so uncomfortable. When I bend over . It is only on my right side. No matter if I sit or stand, it hurts.

Re: Back Pain
I had some lower back pain, and doing the pelvic tilt helped me. I have also been going to physical therapy and that has helped a lot. My pain is pretty much gone, and when it comes back, I do some stretches and it feels better.

Re: Back Pain
I have severe lower back pain. It was so bad last week that by the time I got into the office, I was crying! Well, yesterday I went to a spine specialist and was told that I have sacroiiliac (sp?) arthralgia. It is water and air in the joints, which causes swelling and pain. It is right where your spine meets your pelvic bone. I now have to go to PT twice a week. And, on top of this, I also have sciatica.
Hope you feel better. I know exactly how you feel. If it is unbearable, call your OB and he should be able to give you a doctor to contact.
