a roll is about 3 pts, egg is 2 pts, cheese is 2 pts for one slice and then if they used any oil or butter. I would count it as 8 or 9 pts.

Thank you ! It was impulse But I only had some pretzels for lunch, so the egg sandwich was brunch for me, I guess

Another tip if you have the craving for it is to only have half. That way you'll save on the roll and cheese points. Most places will make you half a sandwich if you ask for it.

OMG, don't feel bad. That's not that bad, and you're counting the points.

The love of weight watchers, you can have EVERYTHING as long as you count it.

Plus, an egg & cheese sandwich is pretty good regardless.
