what can i do with vanilla yogurt?
I bought a huge megapack of fat free yogurt at bj's about a month ago and i have been eating the other flavors except for vanilla (not my favorite), however they are about to expire this weekend and i have about 6 containers of vanilla yogurt.. i'd hate to throw it away so do you have any ideas of any recipes i can use them for? thanks!

Make smoothies. Add frozen fruit or fresh, some juice and blend. Yummy.

if you'll eat it if they are a different flavor, trying mixing in some instant coffee... goes from vanilla to well, coffee, and is pretty fantastic.

you can bake with it (brownies, etc. google it)
mix in flavors (jams, extracts, fruits, etc.)
face mask?

You can marinate lamb in it (i know it sounds weird) but my mom does this adds oregano and rosemary lets it sit for a few hours and then throws it on the grill. She serves it with orzo with Spinach and feta cheese mixed in. yum

Panna Cotta
~ means cooked cream.
Its very hard:
Mix yogurt & jello in bowl. Microwave to dissolve jello
Transfer to mold & refridgerate 3 hours
Panna Cotta Recipe
Kraft Food/Family recipe. I made it 2-3 times for brunchs. I've used different flavors too.
