what to do with chicken drumsticks tonight?
I have 2 small packages of drumsticks that I want to make for dinner tonight....any ideas? TIA

Shapla's Tandoori chicken is RIDICULOUSLY good. It calls for thighs and drums.. but I'm sure you could do it with just drumsticks. The recipe is here: Shapla's Tandoori
You could also make a honey garlic glaze.. one of my favorites. I do 2:1 honey to soy.. or do hoisin with a couple of Tbsp of soy sauce, add a few tablespoons of hunts chili sauce (or ketchup or even BBQ sauce if you don't have it), some minced garlic, finely chopped ginger and pepper.. I let it soak for a few hours - then pop it in the oven until it's cooked through.. maybe 20-30 minutes.

I always LOVE your recipes!!! These sound so good.
I'm thinking of trying Shapla's Tandoori recipe tonight. But where do I buy the tandoori spice mix....do u think any supermarket sells it or should I go to a speciality store?
edit: Oh actually never mind - I just re-read her recipe and she said its sold at Indian supermarkets. I know of one on the way home from work

I do something similar to rojerono's honey garlic glaze using a Giada recipe:
Balsamic Chicken Drumettes
The tandoori recipe can be adapted to anything...whether it's thighs or drumsticks. I've even cooked it on a stove top with cut up chicken breasts.
