For me what has worked is eliminating sugar...this one is big. I also never did ab work until last spring and I have seen definition since these two changes.

Re: Tips for a Flatter Tummy?
There is a doctor my parents see in the city where they guy gives you injections that you do in your stomach that dissolves the fat in your belly. You have to do this for a month and follow a diet but it's a guarantee for around a 20 lb loss in the month. The doctor himself did it, and both of my parents are considering it. I read up on it a little and it's something with injecting you with the hormones that pregnant women carry in their urine....it sounds really strange but it's supposed to be really effective. If you really want a fix badly this may be something to consider...honestly though it's not for me, I could never give myself injections

Re: Tips for a Flatter Tummy?
I feel your pain! I had DC#2 in July. I am a size 2-4 and work out regularly and eat really well yet I still have this layer of skin and fat in my lower abdomen (I had 2 c-sections). No matter what I do it will not go down anymore

Re: Tips for a Flatter Tummy?
If you belong to a gym and they offer a pilates class, take it if you can. Pilates works you core and you will start to see results pretty fast. If I take it twice a week regurally, I notice a difference in about 4-6 weeks. It also helps strengthen your back and it gives your body a leaner look.

Re: Tips for a Flatter Tummy?
I feel like running has really helped flatten my tummy. Dieting made it smaller..but running helped make it flatter.
