tile question

We are looking into tile for our bathroom & I love limestone or a tile with texture (i don't know why, just seems to be the kind I keep stopping to look at)
But I was thinking that it might be harder to keep clean & if it is porous it may suck in more germs - this might be crazy but does anyone have an opinion on it.
Or if anyone has any suggestions on what type of tile is best I'll take any advice you have. We really don't know too much yet except we hate our current bathroom & need to update it - thanks

We bought a porcelain tile that looks like stone - it has texture but you don't have to worry about it being porous. Less expensive too and no maintenance - just clean it. Maybe that would be an option for you.
