I love portabello's marinated in balsamic, fresh minced garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.. and then grilled.
I love any mushroom sauteed with butter, beef base, onions, pepper and a drop of worcestershire.

...(portabello) roasted with EVOO and garlic... stuffed with breaded chicken cutlets, topped with sauce and melted motz. cheese!!!!
