I'm bored
I have been on Weight watchers for 1 year now, and I have lost 26 pounds. I have another 14 to go to be at my desired goal weight. I am bored though....I need ideas as to how to make the plan something I want to stick to again. For the past few wees I have been in a slump. I go up a little, then go down a little and then back up a little in weight. I try to cook different meals each week and try new foods. I have learned so much from my WW leader and I want to keep learning. My weeks usually start off pretty good, but by wednesday I am just waiting for the week to be over so I can weigh in and start again. I need to get back into it.
I have been out of work since august, and not being on a schedule has been really hard for me. I used to have an exact time that I would eat breakfast, and lunch, and now I do not. You would think it would be easier because now I could prepare foods, but I am finding it harder.
I have been walking with my cousin in the evening a few times a week, so at least I have someone that is on weight watchers also to talk to....
We have so much going on in our life, with me being out of work, Danielle and I having a baby and our house getting work done to it. The stress just makes matters 100% worse. Any advice you guys can give me....would be great.
Thanks, Scott

Re: I'm bored
I don't have advice but I just wanted to offer your support and tell you to try to stick with it. You have a lot going on right now so it's easy for you to slip up. You know what you have to do to get yourself into a routine. Try changing up your meals as much as you can. And go ahead and splurge once a week (twice if neither of the splurges are huge). Just don't do it the day before weigh in. I find that if I allow myself one-two cheat meals it helps me fight off bad food cravings.
Good luck and stick with it. You know the end result is going to be worth it. Remember nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
