I had an estimate from Rose and some other companies. Rose did not read our survey correctly when they marked off the property. If you use them, be mindful of the survey/property lines. We ended up going with another company b/c we got a good deal and we got the property staked out to make sure.

Went with Precision - My neighbor used them and was 100% satisfied. They give you a 50 year warranty, and their service is excellent. I already had to use them once for service. The vinyl is very well made, and the bottom bar is guaranteed not to sag like a lot of other PVC fences do.
Precision will be one of the more expensive quotes that you get, but you pay for what you get. Since we got our fence done, I have recommended them to about 5 people and they have all been extremely happy with the fence they got from Precision
