How was it stored? If fridge, I would toss it, if frozen it should be fine.

fridge......I just realized I had regular coffee and NOT decaf (my mistake - I took the wrong carafe!!!!!!!!!) and don't want DD to get irritable. Perhaps I'll just give her formula then.......I just started pumping so I don't have anything else

My rule was always 4 days, 5 max as long as it still smelled ok. I would often pump on friday and save it for mon/tues.

I used the 4 day rule.
4 hours not in fridge
4 days in fridge
4 months in freezer.
I think the milk should be fine.
