Shelter that will take kittens
Does anyone know of any shelters that are taking in kittens? I called a few places (brookhaven animal shelter, sav-a-pet, a vet) and none of them are taking in stray kittens. They were just born this week so we can't bring them any where for another 6 weeks.

pictures? We *might* be looking for a male kitten. you can also post on craigslist...allthough there are a bunch of wackadoos on there

We adopted from Last Hope shelter - last hope website .

Maybe try Bideawee in West Hampton. We got our dog from there and they had an awesome kitten room.

My vet tends to do this.
Plainview Animal Hospital. Dr. Deutsch.
We got our kitties from them 2 years ago.

Also try Heart and Soul Animal rescue- they only do cats.
I don't have the number but try googling it.
