Do intralipids need to be refrigerated??
Krauppners just delivered them with no freezer packs so I'm not sure. There aren't any directions either.

Hmmm I'm pretty sure they do....infact mine was delivered in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. I once got a delivery of something (I think ovidrel) from Kraupners, it was supposed to be refrigerated and was not labeled.
