Meadow Spa in Fresh Meadows
I received a post card in the mail from them the other day. Has anyone been there? Yay or nay?

I used to go there and liked it a lot...they have a pool and classes and the regular machines and it's all women...the only reason I stopped going was that it was inconvenient from where I lived...try it!

I didn't know they had a pool. That could be very neat! I think I'll take a ride over there this weekend and check it out!

I got a post card in the mail with a promotion - $10 to join and 5.77 a week. It seems they dont have the pool anymore but I am going to swing over there tomorrow.

They don't have a pool anymore. It was replaced with a spinning room and circuit training. It's an okay gym. You have to sign up for treadmills and ellipticals and you're supposed to only use them for a half hour. They have great classes though, which makes up for the half hour time limits on machines.
