Vertigo after cruise
We got off the cruise ship Sunday morning around 8am. At points on the 4 day cruise, the seas were rough. I understand you may still 'feel like you are on the ship' that day or so, but is it normal to still feel like this now almost going on 3 full days?
I still feel like I am bobbing around, and rocking. I've read online this may last for an extended period???
I cant take much more of this. Has anyone else had this for days after a cruise?

Re: Vertigo after cruise
Do you feel nauseous? I dont personally have experience with this but my mother and husband have both gotten vertigo and for them it was non stop vomiting until they went to the doctor.

Re: Vertigo after cruise
I've had it before, they call it land sickness instead of motion sickness. For me it usually lasts about half the length of a cruise (9 night I'll feel off for 4 days on land.)
Keep taking the bonine/dramamine for a few days.

Re: Vertigo after cruise
It's happened to me before and sometimes lasts a few days. It should go away soon!

Re: Vertigo after cruise
Yes- last time it lasted almost a week!
My mom once had it so bad she had to go to the doctor for anti-vert!
Try taking some dramimine before bed each night- that will help!
