ww question
I ate 8 oz. of cooked whole wheat macaroni...i thought that would equal 1 cup. When i plug in 8 oz. cooked, it says 5 points and 1 cup of cooked macaroni comes up 3 points...
what is the difference???

Because it is calculating the 8 oz as a weight measurement and not a liquid measurement.
