Going to start running again this week...UPDATE! did it!
I haven't run since November. I've been doing spinning on and off to keep in shape somewhat. I know I'll love it once I get started again, but right now I' m dreading it! 
UPDATE: Well, I ran this morning. I did the couch to 5k last fall/winter and I started at week 7 this morning. I was able to run 3 miles last Nov. I can't even run a mile now! But I know I'll get my endurance back quick. So I'm going again on Friday and then I'm doing MWF and lets see how quickly I can get back to 3 miles!

just remember how good it feels when you are finished.
pain, unless it's due to an injury, is really all a mental game.
