Is there anything Irish to make besides Corned Beef?
Any ideas? I am not a fan of corned beef and DH is getting it at work for some fundraiser so I am off the hook but I'd still like to make something festive.

Shepherds Pie
This came to mind..nice and easy too
You could do an irish style breakfast (for dinner) w/ blood sausage, corned beef hash, black pudding

Thanks! I think I'll try this recipe with beef. We're not huge lamb eaters.
