Bathroom Quotes
We are redoing two bathrooms. Our contractor gave us a price for one bathroom- saying it would run all out about 10k. This would be for new tile, flooring, appliances, leaving the whole room exactly where it is. The other bathroom would involve taking out a little of the closet wall and pushing everything back a little. Also, includes a new window. The quote for this would be approximtely 18k. 6x9 bathroom. We would get all the fixtures and tiles oursleves but this is what he thought it would run all out. Sound right?

We're gutting a 7x7 bath and were given quotes from $6000 to $8400 PLUS tile, sink, faucets, tub, toilet light fixtures & accessories. In the end, we're thinking $10k sounds about right.
I can't comment on the other bath - since the one we're doing doesn't require any moving of walls or adding of windows...but would guess it's a fair estimate.

I don't know. 18k sounds a little high. We're knocking down a wall and moving plumbing and it's quite a bit less than 18k.
