Holy cooking batman!
I don't know what got into me. I made meatballs and sauce, a turkey breast and oatmeal raisin cookies..all within about 5 hours.
I'm exhausted..having a cocktail now..I don't even want to eat dinner.

Wednesday IM planning on making Corned Beef and Cabbage, roasted red potatoes and 2 loaves of Irish Soda Bread.
