cruises
Any reccomendations of crusies and cruise lines. Looking to go to the Carribean in July. I've never been on a cruise so any suggestions would be good.

As for cruise lines, my favorite is Princess. I've used Princess, NCL and Carnival. My parents have taken Celebrity and really liked that also.

Celebrity!!!!! Try one fo their new class of ships, the Solostice or the Equinox (and I think one more may be coming out this year)

being on other cruise lines I was not happy with RCL
Carnival is just ok
Loved Royal Carib
Heard good things about celebrity and princess

Princess is by far my favorite, NCL is awesome too.
RCL is good but I haven't been on one in a couple of years.
Carnival is geared more towards families with small children, however they are usually the least expensive.

I know Carnival is usually considered the lower-end cruiseline, but DH and I took a cruise on the Carnival Glory last August, and had a blast! I was on the Carnival Fascination when I was 19 and loved it too. When I was on RCCL, I was with my ILs, going to Bermuda, and I didn't love it quite as much. The food was comparable on both lines, IMO. I know RCCL probably has more stuff to do on it (climbing wall, ice rink), but I like more of the traditional cruise activities, like trivia contests, bingo, and the shows. We love Carnival!

I have been on NCL and didnt like it but have been on disney without chidren and loved every second of it!!

We have been on Carnival several times and always loved it. I have taken a few NCL cruises and don't love that line. I don't particulary like their booking process or customer service.
We have also been on Princess and Celebrity.
Carnival is my favorite line.
