What tile floors did you go with?

Anyone have glass tile in the bathtub?

Anyone not have a window in there?

we have 2 bathrooms... i'll post pics, too.

one we already redid. its a TINY bathroom in our walkout basement, so it has no windows in it. we did a grayish tile on the floors and 1/2 up the walls, white sink and toilet... and some glass tile accents. DH did all the work himself, and we spent about $4000 on materials.
the other bathroom we're getting ready to redo. it has one window in it. we bought our house from DHs parents. DHs dad had started to redo it... he put a nice beige tile 1/2 way up the walls, and did really cool stone type tile detail around a big mirror. it has a yellow toilet and tub and an UGLY 70s vinal floor... so we plan to replace all of those with more of a beige to match the tile DHs dad did ( i'm SOOO confused that he only 1/2 way finished it!! i think he started to redo it when they had to move, but then stopped when we decided we wanted to buy it... guess he didn't feel like spending the rest of the $$ if he didn't have to put it on the market and all....)

We are in the process of renovating ours now. Its 8x7 full main bath. We gutted it down to the studs and had to replace come of the sub floor due to water damage.

We got our tiles from Cancos, I really liked them because they had alot of displays to look at which gave us some ideas. The sales woman we worked with was great! When the border piece I liked was too much, she found a great alternative. And really helped me with colors etc. Our floor is a brown color and the walls will be tan. Its the same tile just different colors.

We are not using glass tile in this bath, But I am thinking of using them whne we do our master.

We do not have a window in our bathroom. We added some extra lighting for that reason. We have 2 vanity lights, a main light in the center of the room and a light over the shower.

We did get a slightly deeper than normal tub which I also like because it doenst look the the normal "builders special" like our last tub.

We went a little higher end with our vanity and did a custom kraftmaid vanity from HD. It includes 2 30 inch vanities, 1 18 inch bank of drawers with a hutch on the counter, and a 15 inch linen closet.

The vanity just went in today and I am in love with it!
