Master Your Metabolism
Even if you don't like Jillian I highly recommend this book. It has seriously changed my way of eating drastically. It is sick how much crap is in our food and what it does to our bodies. No wonder we're an overweight nation ridden with health problems.
I read labels like crazy now, buy organic, cut artificial sweeteners cold turkey. This book was a major wake up call to me about how I was poisoning my body.

Yeah, I read her other book, MAKING THE CUT...another great one that talks about nutrition.
Yeah, I have been reading labels like a madman lately. SO much crap in food that is supposed to be healthy but isn't. You gotta be really careful.
