I think when I did South Beach years ago, Triscuits were recommended. So I would guess they are low-carb... (for a cracker)

I buy crackers from stop and shop that are called Ak-mak. Only 5 grams of carb for one long cracker...they are like the thin bread crisps that you get at italian restaurants sometimes!

When I did a LC diet I would eat the wasa light crackers. They are pretty low in carbs.
